We require a credit card hold or deposit in order to reserve all appointments.
Extension appointments require a 48 hour notice in order for your deposit to be refunded. If you fail to cancel your appointment in time but want to make another appointment for the same service 1/2 of your deposit can go towards your next appointment if it’s made within 90 days of the original appointment.
In case a 24 or 48 hour notice is not given for a cancellation, 50 percent of the service cost will be charged or 25 percent will be charged if your appointment is rescheduled. This helps us cover our losses. 100 percent of consultation costs will be charged.
We understand that things happen and sometimes we all run late, but please be aware that if you are more that 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled. We will however try our best to accommodate your needs.
Children are not allowed in the salon unless they are being serviced.
Please be sure to remove your previous style and detangle your hair before coming in for your appointment. If your hair needs major detangling (more than what a 15-20 min shampoo service will allow), please let us know before hand because it will eat up some of your allotted styling time and a detangling fee may be applied.
If you are not satisfied with your style or service in any way, let your stylist know before you leave. We will do our best to rectify the situation at that time, remove the style for you, or schedule a re-do appointment with the same stylist that fits into our schedule within a two week period. After this time you will not be eligible for a style re-do or any sort of refund. If you are not satisfied with the customer service please let us know within the time of your visit.
