BOOKING POLICY

 

 All of our deposits are non refundable, but transferrable to rescheduled appointments. Our packages, auto-pays, and gift certificates are not transferable to other clients, and cannot be combined with other discounted offers. Also, we do not offer cash refunds for our packages, auto-pays, or gift certificates, however we will honor an equal exchange (credit) for other services within our facilities.

By booking this appointment, you authorize Taji Salon to charge your card a non refundable deposit equal to 50% of the scheduled value. The card on file will be charged a 50% deposit one week prior to appointment. Missed consultations will be charged the full price, $10. All of our deposits are non refundable, but transferrable only to appointments that are canceled within a 48 hour window. Our packages, auto-pays, and gift certificates are not transferable to other clients, and cannot be combined with other discounted offers. Also, we do not offer cash refunds for our packages, auto-pays, or gift certificates, however we will honor an equal exchange (credit) for other services within our facilities.

If you have specific questions about a style, consider booking a consultation appointment first.
We now offer virtual consultations for our clients that have a distance to travel or if an in-person visit is not necessary.

All extension services require a consultation before booking. Additional hair for all extension services will NOT be provided unless otherwise arranged. Be sure to get all the particulars during your consultation appointment.

For your convenience, all appointments can be booked or cancelled online 24/7. You have access to our real-time calendar, prices, and pop-up offers.

I understand that I should have removed my previous style, completely detangled and combed through my hair. This helps my stylist stay on schedule. If my hair needs more detangling than a normal 15 minute shampoo will allow, a detangling fee may be applied. If my stylists schedule doesn’t allow for the additional time needed, my appointment may need to be modified or rescheduled. I will let my stylist/salon assistant know of any special care that my hair may need when I arrive for my appointment.

 

A deposit of 50% of the service is required to book and confirm your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but are transferrable to a future appointment.

 

If a deposit is not collected at the time of booking your follow-up appointment, the card on file will be automatically charged one week before your appointment. If the deposit is not successfully collected, your appointment may be cancelled.

 

Please understand that there is a cancellation fee (50% of service fee) if appointments are not cancelled within 48 hours of the time/date of your appointment.
